Youth Day of Caring is a way to introduce and/or remind a child that helping others is important, builds ethics and responsibility, and gives one a sense of pride in the work accomplished and the help given to others.  The 2009 Youth Day of Caring was a partnership with Henry County Sheriff’s Office Annual Youth Camp.  Interested campers stayed an additional night (and youth from the community joined us the next morning too) and participated in service projects directly benefiting Henry County.
