Annual Spirit of Caring Awards

    The United Fund annually recognizes an individual and a corporate partner that have demonstrated significant and diverse support of the organization’s mission.  The 2006/2007 recipients were as follows:

'The United Fund of Henry County offers anyone searching to volunteer a wide variety of opportunities, whether you want to work with an agency, Day of Caring, fund raising, or support the agency allocation process, the United Fund welcomes all.

Volunteering with the United Fund allows each of us not only the opportunity to give back to our Henry County community, but also we are able to become familiar with the services provided by the agencies supported by the United Fund.

As we strive to make Henry County a better place to live, we each need to look to ourselves first to see if we are doing what we can as individuals, then reach out and share to help others.'
